Instructions for Nominators

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Use the Nomination Form (see below) to gather and prepare materials. 
  2. Create an account on the WAC Clearinghouse's Awards website (https://wacawards.colostate.edu/).
  3. Select the specific award you are interested in (Emerging, Established, or Enduring).
  4. Enter the Preliminary Information into the text boxes provided.
  5. Enter Part 1 of the Nomination Form into the text box labeled "Nomination Summary."
  6. Complete Part 2 and 3 of the nomination. For this step, you have two options:

Note: You may provide up to two pages per area. Please see the Application Appendix for examples to show how programs might address the various WAC Principles & Practices. No supplemental materials or extra attachments should be included.
